Engage in exercises that will help you identify your core values and needs so that you can use them to guide your choices during the school year. You’ll leave the workshop with a mission statement and vision that will give you the discipline, confidence and skill to say “yes” only to those tasks and responsibilities that are aligned with your purpose and allow you
to maintain a healthy balance.
